Persoonlijk Begeleider LVB+

You are a Personal Care Worker LVB+ who provides safety and perspective to residents with a mild intellectual disability, developing their daily lives. You work with a committed team in a quiet, wooded area near Utrecht, with a focus on structure, proximity, and small moments of significance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in MBO-level 4 or HBO-care diploma
• Irregular shifts, no night shifts or sleep shifts
• Ability to connect with residents and work according to the Triple-C method

Benefits

• Fixed contract for at least 24 hours a week
• Gross salary of up to €3,825 (FWG 40) or up to €4,178 per month (FWG 45)
