Job Description
Relativity Space is seeking an Avionics Mechanical Integration Engineer II to join their team in Long Beach, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and testing secondary structure within the Terran R Avionics system. This is a unique opportunity to shape the fundamental avionics architecture and own components that will fly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full cycle mechanical or structural design engineering role
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- Experience with 3D computer aided design (CAD) software
- Experience with structural and thermal analysis, including finite element analysis methods
