Job Description
We're looking for a UX Content Writer / Strategist to help shape user experiences through thoughtful, human-centered content design. This is a collaborative, high-impact role embedded within a cross-functional product design team.
Requirements
- 4+ years in UX writing, content strategy, or product content design
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Skilled at writing for clarity, context, and conversion
- Able to balance brand voice with functional UX needs
- Comfortable working within design systems and tooling like Figma, Jira, or Notion
- Strong grasp of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Confident working autonomously on complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with content performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar)
