Maintenance Technician

Reliant Asset Management Solutions is recruiting a full-time Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification and experience preferred to perform skilled and semi-skilled duties in maintaining residential units.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) or more years experience performing building maintenance and repair work in the areas of electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, etc.
• Valid CA Drivers license with ability to provide own transportation with acceptable driving record and auto insurance limits
