Job Description
Reliant is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their therapy team. This role involves providing physical therapy services to skilled nursing facility (SNF) patients and providing care in accordance with the principles of physical therapy. Requirements
- A graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
- Computer skills including proficiency in clinical documentation and basic Internet navigation
- Valid physical therapist state license
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English
