Job Description
Reliant Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
- Valid physical therapist state license
