Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Growth, Demand Gen, or Performance Marketing
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience with email and CRM marketing (HubSpot)
- Ability to build and improve full-funnel journeys from impression to SQL
- KPIs like CAC, CPL, LTV, CTR, Conversion Rate and pipeline contribution are your everyday tools
- Ability to empathize with target audience, understand their pain points, and translate insights into compelling campaigns, narratives, and offers
