Requirements
- Develop and maintain data models used to produce strategic insights based upon market data to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop data-informed marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, improve customer retention, and reactivate customers who are no longer active, collaborating with marketing and data science professionals to implement strategies.
- Conduct quantitative analytics testing of Lifecycle Customer Management strategies to ensure strategies meet business needs.
- Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related products and services to ensure Remitly is achieving its customer management goals.
