Licensing Analyst

We're looking for a Licensing Analyst to help ensure Remitly meets licensing and regulatory requirements across the Americas, UK, and EU. As a detail-oriented and organized individual, you will maintain licenses, prepare regulatory filings, and coordinate responses for audits and reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, licensing, regulatory reporting, or risk roles in financial services, payments, or fintech
• Familiarity with licensing processes and regulatory reporting requirements in the Americas, UK, or EU
• Experience preparing filings, renewals, and reports for regulators
• Experience supporting audits or regulatory exams, including organizing and submitting documentation
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them to compliance tasks and processes
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including using formulas and maintaining tracking spreadsheets
• Experience using tools like Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms to track tasks and projects
• Ability to write clear documentation and reports for regulatory and internal audiences
