Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience sourcing and recruiting Latin American talent for US companies.
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Expertise in structured behavioral interviews.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Understanding of marketing roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to track KPIs.
