Billing Specialist

Comb & Care is seeking a highly organized Billing Specialist to manage and streamline their invoicing and payment processes. This role is critical for accurate billing, collection, and financial reporting, ensuring clients are fully informed and accounts are up to date. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the billing cycle and maintain effective communication with internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of billing or invoicing experience
• Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, Monday.com preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience in a similar industry or service-based environment
• Familiarity with payment processing systems and financial reporting
