Billing Specialist

This role is responsible for reviewing billing activities, confirming contractual charges, and accurately invoicing clients.

Requirements

• Strong industry knowledge around billing policies, procedures, and systems.
• Knowledge of and ability to effectively use industry related tools and systems.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
• Ability to document end-user tutorials, team guidelines, and solution documents.
• Ability to work remotely as part of a team, collaborating and building relationships across the team.
• Proficient in the English language with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
