Travel Agent - Air Department Specialist

We are looking for a highly experienced Travel Agent to join our Air Department team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the Amadeus Selling Platform, or strong knowledge of air travel booking systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in air travel booking, preferably using Amadeus GDS
• Strong understanding of fare construction, ticketing procedures, and airline policies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in handling client interactions across multiple channels
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
