Travel Agent - Air Department Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Travel Agent specializing in air department operations. This role involves managing flight reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate booking information. The position is remote based in Davao Region, Philippines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in air travel booking, preferably using Amadeus GDS
• Strong understanding of fare construction, ticketing procedures, and airline policies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in handling client interactions across multiple channels
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
