Job Description
Remote is seeking a Head of Lifecycle Marketing to drive engagement, retention, and customer value. The role involves strategy development, team leadership, and leveraging data to optimize the customer lifecycle. This is a strategic and hands-on position within a remote-first HR platform.
Requirements
- Proven track record in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
- Expertise in building and scaling customer lifecycle programs.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven strategy.
- Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation and personalization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and operational rigor.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with asynchronous work (a plus).
