Customer Relations Specialist

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will give every customer a great experience by managing project communication and resolving customer concerns in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong skill set in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience in customer service and solving customer issues
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an office and customer service environment
• CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus
