Requirements
- 5+ years in digital product management, experience in business banking, SME lending, or digital financial services.
- Strong understanding of SME pain points in Nigeria.
- Experience launching a digital platform or multi-module product from zero-to-one.
- Technical fluency to work with developers and architects.
- Familiarity with Mambu or other core banking platforms.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, business payment ecosystems, or accounting SaaS.
- Background in working with MFBs, fintechs, or banking-as-a-service providers.
