Job Description
Rentokil PCI is seeking a Field Operations Executive for Durgapur, West Bengal, to ensure the quality of pest control service delivery within the company's operations. This role involves overseeing service operations, ensuring technician competence, conducting audits, handling customer complaints, and driving service/product lead generation. The company is part of the Rentokil Initial brand, focusing on customer service and industry innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum B. Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with company systems like iCABS, STP, iAuditor, SRA, SQA, SQS, TPA, Service Leads App, U+
- Experience in pest management or service industry is desirable.
