Job Description
Rentokil PCI, a Rentokil Initial brand, is seeking a Field Operations Executive to oversee service operations in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The role involves ensuring service quality, managing technician performance, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The company aims to set new standards for customer service across its operations globally.
Requirements
- Minimum B. Sc. (Chemistry / Zoology / Agriculture).
- Proficient in use of computer applications & systems with Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or its equivalent)
- Well versed with various internal company systems such as iCABS, STP, iAuditor, SRA, SQA, SQS, TPA, myRentokilPCI, Service Leads App, U+ etc.
