Job Description
Rentokil PCI, a leading pest control service provider in India, is seeking a Field Operations Executive for their Haridwar office. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other operational teams.
Requirements
- Minimum B. Sc. (Chemistry / Zoology / Agriculture).
- Proficient in use of computer applications & systems with Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or its equivalent)
- Well-versed with various company systems: iCABS, STP, iAuditor, SRA, SQA, SQS, TPA, myRentokilPCI, Service Leads App, U+
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
