Job Description
Steritech is seeking a Food Safety & Compliance Specialist to help client hotel, restaurant, and grocery businesses maintain brand standards and ensure customer safety and quality. The role involves assessing regulatory compliance, observing food preparation, and assisting with root cause analysis. It requires travel up to 50%, working in an autonomous environment and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Meet the requirements to obtain a CP-FS certification
- Flexible Sunday to Saturday work schedule
- Ability to lift 10 lbs chest high, stooping, kneeling, crouching and reaching
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Safe driving record
- Strong technical knowledge of food safety (preferred)
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search
