Job Description
Rentokil PCI is seeking an Operations Executive for their Belapur branch to manage operations, supervise and train Technicians and ensure compliance with service standards. This role involves ensuring a consistently high level of quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to all safety protocols. The company operates with a partnership model, owned by Pest Control India, focused on customer service and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 100% completion of PMI 'Pest Audit' as per icabs- QSRs & Small branch accounts
- Material consumption target to be met 100% as per Branch AoP target
- Minimum 15 customer visits per week
- Approval of conveyance amount for assigned technicians
- Proficient in use of computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
