Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience in administration.
• Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Google suite (e.g., Google Docs, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
• Ability to learn and use multiple computer systems.
• Knowledge of supplier portals is a plus.
• Excellent reading and proofreading skills.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication (oral and written).
• Tact and diplomacy skills.
• Solid professional ethics and punctuality.
