Job Description
The Director of Compensation is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation strategy. This role ensures competitive and equitable compensation programs, aligned with company objectives, while maintaining compliance with laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include salary structuring, incentive planning, and overall compensation process oversight.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CCP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR) strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a compensation leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
