Senior Software Engineer, Self Service

Replicant is the industry leader in voice AI for customer service. We are a small team with a big impact, and we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us. You'll work on building out rich user experiences on a robust and scalable architecture, and collaborate with our product and machine learning teams to create powerful self-service tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Development experience in a SaaS environment
• Experience leading technical projects and prioritization with a customer-focused mindset
• A deep understanding of the unique requirements and challenges of B2B applications
• Advanced knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Test Driven Development, Distributed Systems and API design
• Experience mentoring junior software engineers
