Job Description
Replit is a software creation platform enabling anyone to build applications using natural language. They are seeking a Premium Support Engineer to deliver expert technical support to high-value customers, resolving complex issues and ensuring a high-quality experience. This role involves troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and onboarding new engineers.
Requirements
- 3+ years in technical support, developer support, or systems engineering.
- Experience providing rapid-response support to high-value or enterprise customers.
- Strong debugging skills with JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Linear, Slack, and internal debugging utilities.
