Job Description
Your future tasks will include receiving and processing IT disturbances and inquiries, setting up workstations, and maintaining the IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Completed education in IT, computer science, or computer technology or a comparable qualification
- At least one year of professional experience in IT service & support or in a similar function
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Azure, experience in setting up and managing Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Sound knowledge of network technology (e.g. LAN, WAN, VLAN, routing, switching) and network components
- Strong German language skills in writing and speaking
