Job Description
We are recruiting for a Senior Legal Counsel - Legislation to join our busy Legal Services Directorate. The role would suit someone looking for a secondment opportunity or a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have experience in turning policy into law, a proven ability to provide high quality legal advice, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Proven ability to provide high quality and robust legal advice at a senior level
- Experience with turning policy into law (including experience instructing PCO)
- Interest in financial regulation
- High quality written and oral presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
