Job Description
We are recruiting for a Legal Counsel - Legislation to join our busy Legal Services Directorate. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel - Legislation, you will provide expert legal advice.
Requirements
- proven ability to provide high quality and robust legal advice
- experience with turning policy into law (including experience instructing PCO)
- interest in financial regulation
- high quality written and oral presentation and communication skills
- ability to build and maintain strong relationships to work in partnership with our policy and operational teams and with external lawyers, as required
