Job Description
ADI is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with key customers, drive product adoption, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves onboarding, usage, monitoring, and proactive account management. The CSM will be a key point of contact and a significant contributor to product development and service improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role.
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Experience using Salesforce and SAP
