Job Description
Resideo is seeking a Technical Training Specialist (TTS) to deliver technical training programs for their global training brands, primarily focused on heating products and hydronic systems. The role involves training delivery across the community, product application, industry requirements, and collaborative project work. TTS will be adaptable and communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
Requirements
- Compile, maintain and deliver technical training courses
- Maintain awareness of emerging HVAC products
- Actively participate in new product testing
- Provide technical guidance to sales and internal teams
- Active participation in new product testing and evaluations
- Compiling and delivering training across the Resideo portfolio
- Working with sales and internal technical teams
- Actively promote Resideo Academy regionally
- Work with business leaders to develop technical training networks
