Job Description
Resilience Psychiatry is seeking a Patient Care Manager for the Resilience Psychiatric Psychiatry nursing team within the Resilience Care division. The role focuses on bringing technology into psychiatry, improving patient follow-up, and providing mental health support, particularly for patients in the Oncology, MICI, and Psychiatry departments. The manager will be the first of their kind, a mental health specialist, and a true pioneer within the psychiatry nursing team.
Requirements
- IPA or IDE with mental health/coordination training.
- 2+ years of experience coordinating patients with mood disorders.
- Understanding of mental health care challenges and organizational issues.
- Strong sensitivity to innovation in healthcare.
- Autonomy and collaborative spirit.
