Job Description
Resilience is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their Sales team. The BDR will focus on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting meetings with Sales Leaders. This entry-level role is crucial for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. The company focuses on cybersecurity, cyber insurance, and cyber risk management solutions for middle and large organizations.
Requirements
- Actively seek new business opportunities by conducting market research, cold calling, email outreach, and utilizing social selling.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their potential fit and interest level.
- Manage and update prospect activity in a CRM system (e.g., Hubspot).
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Sales Leaders.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
