Requirements

• Develop a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs.
• Maintain an updated understanding of global sleep therapy landscapes, device usage patterns, and clinical considerations.
• Manage mature products throughout their lifecycle, including post market support, product improvements, regulatory compliance, cost reduction initiatives, and end-of-life planning.
• Take responsibility for a product line and prioritise requirements & requests across the AirSense portfolio to ensure successful execution.
• Work closely with engineering, design, digital, marketing, and clinical teams.
• Showcase strong presentation and communication skills to influence decision making and ensure alignment.
• Contribute to broader strategic projects that support ResMed’s long-term direction.
• Ensure quality execution at every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Measure success through user satisfaction, business outcomes, and continuous improvement.
