• 10+ years' experience in product management, engineering, operations, or related technical/commercial roles
• Experience leading complex product initiatives in technology-driven or regulated industries
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to guide long-term product direction
• Demonstrated success influencing and aligning cross-functional teams
• Background working with hardware + software products or long-lifecycle platforms
