Job Description
Resonetics is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations in Costa Rica. The role focuses on strategy, talent management, compensation, employee relations, and fostering a dynamic and employee-centered culture in a rapidly expanding medical device manufacturing company. The HR Manager will work closely with the Leadership Team and ensure the HR department is aligned with business priorities.
Requirements
- Establishes robust personnel policies, procedures, and systems that support site and corporate goals.
- Oversees recruitment for all exempt, non-exempt, student, and temporary positions.
- Ensures local compensation programs align with corporate strategy and market benchmarks.
- Manages benefit programs, including communication, claims resolution, and annual renewals.
- Oversees and develops the HR team for long-term growth and retention.
- Identifies and tracks HR KPIs to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Embeds Resonetics’ values into all HR interactions.
