Proposal Development Lead

Resource Innovations is seeking a Proposal Development Lead to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position. As a Proposal Lead for Resource Innovations, you will orchestrate the proposal development process from RFP release through contract award, support proposal and business development efforts, write custom copy, and participate in pre-sale and positioning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field OR 5+ years demonstrated and related experience in writing and editing large, complex proposals
• 5+ years of experience leading proposal development efforts for complex, competitive RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/RFAs
• Experience with internet research, SharePoint, Salesforce, and advanced abilities in the Microsoft Office suite of software
