Proposal Development Lead

Resource Innovations is seeking a Proposal Development Lead to join our growing team in a fully remote position. The successful candidate will lead proposal development process, write custom copy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading proposal development efforts for complex, competitive RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/RFAs
• Experience with internet research, SharePoint, Salesforce, and advanced abilities in the Microsoft Office suite of software
• Strong writing skills and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed proposal teams without direct authority
