Proposal Development Lead

Resource Innovations is seeking a Proposal Development Lead to join our growing team in a fully remote position. As a Proposal Lead, you will orchestrate the proposal development process, write custom copy, and lead post-submission activities in a virtual environment.

Requirements

• Orchestrate the proposal development process from RFP release through contract award
• Support proposal and business development efforts in close collaboration with subject matter experts and external partners
• Write custom copy that reflects our corporate and winning proposal strategies
• Participate in pre-sale and positioning activities
• Lead post-submission activities, including finalist presentation development and responses to client clarification questions
