Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our growing team in the United States. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HRIS Analyst Senior with a strong background in HR systems to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of HRIS modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance for new features, updates, and integrations
- Design, develop, and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for HR and organizational leaders
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across HRIS systems by performing regular audits and validation
- Configure HRIS modules to meet business requirements and optimize system performance
- Provide expert support on HRIS functionalities, including payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and recruiting
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations
- Develop and deliver training and support materials for end-users to enhance system adoption and proficiency
- Assist with HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, and new module implementations
