Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. Prior recruiting experience is not required, and candidates from sales, customer service, operations, or client-facing roles are welcome.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Prior experience working with U.S. based clients and teams is preferred
- Strong soft skills and natural ability to build rapport
- Adaptable, coachable, and open to feedback
- Comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn new software and systems
- Ability to learn new industries and understand different types of roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work full-time, 9am to 5pm EST
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
