BI Developer

As a BI Developer, you will work with stakeholders to build dashboards and reports that support decision making in functions such as Initial Validation Audit, Risk Adjustment, and Quality Improvement. You will guide analytics projects from discovery to solution and help us raise the bar for how we should apply our data to business decisions.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills (at least 4 years of work experience) including query optimization around large data sets
• Strong statistical ability to analyze large amounts of data
• Experience in data parsing and manipulation
• Proficiency in data visualization software (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLookups, visualization)
• Experience with ETL processing and data validation
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse solutions, strategies, and implementations
