Revive is seeking an Owner's Representative to be a key expert in renovation projects. This role involves working directly with customers and project teams, ensuring accurate and timely project delivery. The company focuses on making renovation a desirable experience through technology and innovation in the real estate space. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about residential renovations, manage projects, and handle communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years in the residential construction or renovation industry
• Extensive residential construction experience
• Comfortable managing 8-10 projects at one time
• Successful history completing renovation projects with residential real estate agents
• Expertise with project management and communication tools such as Slack and Zoom
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• High EQ and ability to de-escalate stressful situations
