This role is a Senior Owner's Representative, responsible for leading renovation projects, acting as an Owner's Representative for external projects, and managing contractor relationships. It requires a high level of expertise in residential construction, strong leadership, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. The position involves travel to visit job sites.

Requirements

• GC License Required
• 5+ years in residential construction or renovation
• Extensive project management experience
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Experience mentoring and team coaching
