Requirements
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across the organization
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with leadership and managers from various departments to understand role needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruiting strategies for each department
- Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing techniques, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, and other platforms to attract top talent
- Candidate engagement: Actively engage candidates, assess their fit for the role, and maintain positive relationships throughout the hiring process and beyond
- Manage High-Volume Reqs: Handle a diverse and high volume of open roles across the organization while maintaining quality in every hire
- Maintain a High Bar for Culture Fit: Embrace the “Revivn way” by making sure each new hire aligns with Revivn's culture and values
- Streamline the Hiring Process: Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and provide an excellent candidate experience
- Recruiting Strategy and Innovation: Develop creative strategies to attract candidates across various departments. Think outside the box to identify new sourcing channels and improve the overall recruitment pipeline
