Requirements
- Vocational training as a butcher or butcher, preferably in the food retail trade, a comparable training, or experience as a head chef
- Comprehensive product knowledge from several years of professional experience in the meat and fine food trade or in the catering industry
- Leadership competence, combined with a solution-oriented and result-oriented working method
- Customer orientation, communication strength, and eagerness to engage
