The ideal candidate will have a completed apprenticeship as a butcher or butcher, several years of experience in the meat/fine food trade, and fundamental product knowledge. Responsibilities include customer service, sales, product presentation, and quality control.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a butcher or butcher, preferably in the food retail industry, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the meat/fine food trade, or directly after apprenticeship
• Fundamental product knowledge
• Responsibility, service competence, and customer friendliness
• Independence, enthusiasm, and team and communication skills
