Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a butcher or butcher, primarily in the retail trade, or a comparable apprenticeship
• Several years of experience in the meat and fine food trade are a plus, but we also welcome direct entry after completion of the apprenticeship
• Thorough product knowledge
• Responsibility, service competence, and customer friendliness
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and team and communication skills
