IT Service & Support Engineer (m/w/d)

We are a team of IT and non-IT specialists who work together to bring innovations to life. We are looking for an IT Service & Support Engineer to join our team in the regional Service of Logistics, Supply Chain Management & Production. The successful candidate will be responsible for the IT systems of our users in the South region, advise and support internal stakeholders, and participate in cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Commercial or technical education
• Study in the IT field or comparable qualification
• PC knowledge
• Networking experience
• Ticket system experience
• Project management knowledge
• Logistical processes knowledge
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Class B driving license
