Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Proven experience sourcing and interviewing candidates across various platforms
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and job market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office / Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining performance targets
- Relevant HR or recruitment certification (advantageous)
